Hot 'n Spicy McChicken
The Hot 'n Spicy McChicken is a chicken sandwich that is served on a bun with a spicy breaded chicken patty, lettuce, and mayonnaise.
In Canada, the "McChicken" is referred to as the "Spicy McChicken", and also has a spicy version, but instead of the patty being spicy we add the beloved Thai sauce to it.
