McChicken Biscuit is one of McDonald's former breakfast sandwiches, made using biscuits with southern fried chicken filet, added onto the menu on 2008 as "Southern Style Chicken Biscuit".
The sandwich was later brought back, in tandem with the McChicken Griddles, introduced in 2019.
